Clinical Supervision
Clinical Supervision
I offer reflective, relational clinical supervision informed by psychodynamic, somatic, and transpersonal (Psycho-spiritual) approaches. Supervision provides a collaborative space to deepen clinical understanding, strengthen therapeutic presence, and explore the conscious and unconscious processes that arise within the therapeutic relationship.
Drawing on psychodynamic theory, attachment, relational practice, and body-based awareness, we attend not only to clinical formulation and therapeutic process, but also to the wisdom of the body, nervous system regulation, embodied countertransference, and the ways experience is held and expressed somatically. Where appropriate, we may also explore questions of meaning, spirituality, creativity, and the transpersonal dimensions of healing.
My approach is grounded, compassionate, and curious, supporting practitioners to integrate theory with lived experience, cultivate reflective practice, and develop greater confidence and authenticity in their clinical work.
Supervision is available for therapists, counsellors, and other helping professionals seeking a thoughtful, integrative approach to clinical and professional development.
