Through guided experiential exercises, mindfulness practices, reflective discussion, and somatic techniques, you'll explore how stress, emotions, and life experiences are held in the body—and learn gentle ways to foster safety, presence, and self-compassion. Whether you're looking to deepen your relationship with yourself, reduce stress, or support your overall well-being, this course offers a supportive space for growth and connection.
