There are seasons when everything shifts—when the life we were living no longer fits, and what comes next hasn’t fully formed. Where I Begin Again is a one-day, one-on-one retreat designed to hold you gently at the threshold of change. Rooted in mindfulness, somatic awareness, and therapeutic presence, this retreat offers a space to meet yourself in the wake of loss, identity shifts, and emotional transitions.
Created in the aftermath of my own recent experience of deep grief and letting go, this retreat is not about fixing or forcing clarity. It is about pausing long enough to hear what is inside. It’s about coming home to who you are now.
This is a space for you if:
You are navigating grief (loss of a person, role, season, or self)
You feel in-between identities, longing for clarity but needing rest
You are seeking space to tend to what’s tender without explaining or performing
You crave ritual, nourishment, and meaning-making as part of your healing process
What the Day Includes

Meditation & Gentle Movement: Breath-led practices to reconnect to your body as a place of wisdom, not pressure.
Therapeutic Session: Supported, integrative time to explore what’s alive for you right now—grief, transition, numbness, longing, hope.
Restorative Yoga & Guided Rest: Reclaim stillness with deeply supported postures and spacious rest.
Manifestation & Reflection: Reimagining what it means to begin again—not with urgency, but with quiet invitation.
Nourishing Meals & Snack Rituals: Three mindful meals and snacks provided to ground and nourish.
Rituals of Release & Renewal: Gentle, symbolic practices to honor endings and call in beginnings.

A deeper sense of where you are now in your grief or transition
Simple tools to continue emotional regulation and reflection
A felt experience of being cared for without needing to hold it all together

Held in a serene and private location in Toronto, this one-on-one retreat offers the kind of spaciousness rarely available in everyday life. The setting is calm, warm, and curated for comfort.

8:15 – Morning Meditation & Breathwork
Guided centering practice & Breathwork to awaken energy and presence
- Journaling prompts : What do I want to shift?
9:00 – Therapy Session (60 min)
Depth-oriented 1:1 therapy with somatic, psychodynamic or IFS lens
- Space for what is alive, tender, or longing to be witnessed
10:15 – Nourishing Breakfast
Wholesome, grounding meal (e.g., oats with stewed fruit, warm herbal tea)
- Optional silent eating to deepen mindfulness
11:00 – Gentle Movement Practice (Somatic + Stretching)
45-min guided movement flow focused on opening and grounding & Breath-led, nervous-system supportive
- Light somatic inquiry (e.g., “What’s opening now?”)
12:00 – Manifestation + Visioning Ritual
Guided visualization & Embodied clarity: What am I calling in? What am I releasing?
- Journaling + optional creative prompt (collage, drawing, or simple altar building)
1:00 – Nourishing Lunch
Light, vibrant meal focused on balance and digestion (e.g., grain bowl, miso broth)
2:00 – Restorative Yoga & Guided Rest
45-min deeply supported restorative poses with blankets and props
- Followed by Yoga Nidra or body scan meditation
3:15 – Afternoon Snack & Integration Break
Herbal tea, fruit, dark chocolate or protein-rich snack
- Optional solo journaling or outdoor walk
4:00 – Integration Therapy Session (45–60 min)
1:1 session weaving together insights from the day
- Exploring integration, grief, clarity, or support for what’s emerging
- Closing with a co-created next step & anchoring mantra
5:15 – Closing Circle & Reflection
Gentle ritual to mark the threshold & Reflection prompts: “What am I taking with me?” “What did I lay down?”
5:45 – Nourishing Dinner (Optional)
Cozy, warm evening meal (e.g., soup, root vegetables,)
Investment in Your Healing: $2500 CAD Inclusive [Psychotherapy receipts available]
This full-day, private retreat includes therapy, guided movement, meals, ritual, and integration support—all tailored to your current life transition. E-transfer or Credit Card.

$2500 CAD due at time of booking
2. Payment Plan:
Deposit: $500 CAD to reserve your retreat date
Balance: Two payments of $1000 CAD
First payment due 2 weeks before retreat
Final payment due on the day of the retreat
Custom payment timelines may be available upon request
Deposit & Booking
A non-refundable $500 deposit is required to secure your date. This allows me to reserve the space, purchase materials, and begin curating your personalized experience with care. Psychotherapy receipts available.
Once the deposit is received, you’ll receive a welcome email with next steps, including a brief intake form and a call to align on your intentions for the day.
Cancellation Policy
To honor both your needs and the energetic preparation this retreat requires, the following policies are in place:
Cancellations made more than 14 days in advance: Deposit is retained, but any additional payments will be refunded.
Cancellations within 7–14 days: 50% of the total fee will be retained.
Cancellations within 7 days of the retreat: Full fee is non-refundable, but the retreat can be rescheduled once within 3 months, pending availability.
