This is a drop-in group with a structure that includes a 2 Min check-in, a discussion topic facilitated by me and a closing circle. There will be minimal cross-talk. The goal of the group is to feel support in learning about other women who have experienced similar loss. You're welcome to come for any portion of the session/make the sessions as accessible as possible e.g. keep camera off if helpful etc. Everything in the group is confidential.
