Wednesday mornings starting Jan 7th we start a weekly 45-minute morning practice. It is a gentle, grounding ritual designed to help you arrive fully in your body and orient your day with clarity and care. Blending intuitive movement, nervous-system–regulating breathwork, quiet meditation, and reflective journaling, the practice supports both emotional steadiness and inner listening. It’s spacious rather than prescriptive. The goal is to invite you to meet yourself where you are each week and cultivate a steady, compassionate relationship with your inner world. $25 drop in or $80 for 4 (Jan 7, 14, 21, 28).
